Meet Our Legal Team

Emerett Scott, Esquire

Glasgow native, Emerett Scott was born in 1965 and attended the University of Glasgow for his English undergraduate degree, and soon after he graduated from their School of Law. His expertise is in family & property law. Mr. Scott has been working as an attorney for over 20 years.

Jenice Adebayo, Esquire

Jenice Adebayo attended University of Strathclyde, where she studied Business. During her Business Law class, she found a passion for law and after graduating decided to become an attorney, graduating from the same university with a Law degree. Her expertise is in criminal law & civil litigation.

Sofia Bauer, Esquire

Sofia Bauer is a well-rounded attorney with experience in all fields that Scott & Partners specializes in. She graduated from the Edinburgh Law school, previously having studied engineering at the University of Glasgow. Her passion is to directly work in clients and represent them in court, where she excells.
